japanese sizing (specifically lad musician)

Question:
so my understanding is that japanese sizing typically fits a size smaller, like a medium is a small, a large is a medium, and etc.
so when i go on lad musicians site and nothing is larger than a size 46 does that basically mean anyone taller than 5'8" can't wear their clothes?
i'm 6'2" and wear a 38/40 in jackets and a 32 in pants
Answer:
46 euro is about 36 us.
Chances are you're screwed.
Answer:
I could show you an hilarious picture of a 6'3" friend who'se thinner than you trying to fit into my Lad Musician size 46 short blazer, he looks like he's wearing a straightjacket and the supposedly overlong sleeves stop mid-forearm. I'd say the tallest/biggest you can be to wear lad would be 5'10" (that's pushing it for most pieces) and a SLIM 36/46. Anyone else trying is bound to look ridiculous.
To sum it up by various types of garments I know/have tried:
-leather jackets: extremely slim, might not fit some 36/46, especially if you have even the slightest hint of a gut. Maybe okay if you're 5'10, ideal if you're 5'8"
-sportscoat/suits: slightly more relaxed than leather jackets and could fit a 5'10" guy, still slimmer than dior homme so don't get your hopes too high and get your true size.
-tees/hoodies: Drapier fit, but extremely short, 5'8" or shorter but the 46 could possibly be worn by a big 36 or small 38.
-Pants: No idea....
Answer:
It will be entertaining to try on a bunch of Lad Musician stuff over the summer. 5'11" and a slim 46. I figure I'm around the same size as most runway models for this type of label. Does LM use short models or something?
