Dark Denim, White Contrast Stitching: Cool or No?

Question:
I found a pair of dark denim jeans that fit me great. The thing is, they've got this white contrast stitching that really stands out. I'm not sure if I like it or not. It certainly stands out, I know that. Anyone have a similar pair or thoughts on this matter?
PS: I have no idea why, but the dark blue/white contrast stitching has kind of a "retro" feel/look to it, although I've no idea why.

Answer:
all original levis had contrast stitching. The only way it would look weird is if it was on the outseam too. What jeans are they?
Answer:
The white contrast stitching looks similar to this (although the back pocket treatment is not quite as fancy as with this pair):

Answer:
those jeans you linked are hideous. Anyway, are the ones you want triple stitched? because that might be overdoing it.
