I guess I'll start. Been playing for about half a year now on my Yamaha FG750S acoustic... my baby (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It's addicting, I play whenever I have spare time. I can play most Christian songs now since they're chords, and a good handful of other songs that are straight tabs/fingerpicking. yayyyy

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) thats the second instrument i love hearing... first is piano of course.. x] hehe. i played a duo with my friend once.. we were playing you are my all in all (christian song). i was playing the piano & she was playing the guitar.. it sounded nice xD hahaha. but yea.. i also have a guitar. it`s actually my dads because i bought it & gave it to him as a bday present.. it`s a yamaha & i think it was around $345 including like the case & pics.

i`ve been playing guitar for 3 years. this year is my 3rd year. i`m getting better and i play the acoustic guitar, but i want to play the electric guitar. For me, playing guitar (i mean the notes) are pretty easy cuz i play the violin too, and the names of the notes (like A, B, C, D, etc) are the same. for other people, may be hard for them to memorize what note it is and what it looks like. =]
or maybe it`s in my genes cuz my dad used to play guitar xD

I always go to Ultimate Guitar and for praise/Christian songs I use PW Archive. You can probably google just about anything though... name of song + guitar tab and a bunch will show up if it's a popular song.

also i'm left-handed so i don't know if i should get a right-handed or left-handed guitar. i think i can handle a right-handed fine but it's easier for me to do left-handed. i just don't like how inconvenient and imcompatible it would be though [you know, just in case! & for teaching/learning purposes].. opinions?
