Wow I remember being on Soompi when I was in the 8th grade.. when I first started getting into Kpop. I'm a senior now. I remember complaining to my friend because I couldn't tell the members of Shinhwa apart and that they all looked alike.. ahah... I remember the forum battles between Soompi and Solid07.net, and Soompi's old, dark forum skin that matched the main page (now in archives). I also remember being so excited when the mods made the new rule that you could change your Soompi ID if you had over 2,000 posts, and how, if you were a Friend of Soompi, you could change your ID description under your avatar.. and also VRadio DJ's moving to Soompi Radio. Do any of you guys remember VRadio? Gah, I feel so old.. So yeah, it's been 5 years for me. I know there are some of you out there who've even been here since Soompi was called Soompitown.. where are you? :]

lol. i`m the same as the topic starter. i technically didn`t register till around '04-ish? but i came all the time to read fanfix. and then i discovered that they had forums~!! lol. and so i joineddd. and then soompi crashed. Wait, sorry, I joined late 2004, but I first came here late 2003.
All thanks to a fanfic called What I Did For Love (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) .
I used to only go to the fanfic section in the mainpage, and finally in 2004 I looked around at that else Soompi had to offer.
I discovered... the forums.
*_* Love.
But then the fanfic section and I think others got locked! Like you had to have a certain amount of posts or whatever.
So I worked hard to 'qualify' to be allowed into those sections (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ._.
