How Do You Write A Good Fanfic?

Question:
I'm sort of stuck.
How do you write a good fanfic that would attract readers?
I've written some but when I show it to my friends, they say that it doesn't make sense.
I try to create my own original ideas, but for some reason, whenever I write, it seems too similar to another story/fanfic.
Any suggestions?
[edit] Title of topic: How do you write a good fanfic?
Sorry. __
Answer:
You do know fanfics aren't true forms of literature?
They're written by naive schoolgirls infatuated with corny romance.
Answer:
You should ask in the Anything Fanfiction thread in the fanfic section.
Don't write for the readers. Write for the gasoo and story.
Answer:
Read more, write more.
Any thing and every thing.
Answer:
It could be about anything! Keep writing and you'll see how it improves.
Answer:
Instead of just writing and writing, plan it out.

that's extremely stereotypical and insulting.
anyway, to the topic starter: read more, write more, and find your style.
Answer:
^it's not and i do agree with xosweetie.
Just plan the story out, make the rising climax and the climax interesting.
Answer:
No Oppa-ing and Unni-ing 189258975 times.
It's so annoying.
Answer:
Perhaps you should get a beta to check over your stories...
Writing improves over time, just read more and write more.
You will eventually improve.
P.S. Talk with other fanfic writers! It's another good way of improving your writing. Other writers can help you improve on your grammar, plot, and format the most.

Yeah Well, I guess maybe Charles Perrault was some kind of
a naìve schoolgirl infatuated with corny romance...
Anyways, the only way to be a better writter (no matter what you write)
Is by reading a lot (not only fics, but actual books =D), and writing a lot. ^^
The best way to come with plot for your stories
is writting about things you know or are familiar with.
Write things according to your age and experiences, that way it would be
much easier to get the story going in a comfortable rhythm for you.
Try to put into practice what you are learning in school about compossition techniques,
(I guess you are somewhere between highschool and Junior high, right? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) )
Writting in any way is a form of art and literature.
Don't let other's people comments discourage you, if you write, do it for you~
You should keep practicing, you might not be a writer in the future (or who knows (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) )
but I'm sure whatever experience you learn from writting fanfictions,
will come in handy in the future =)

Animo =D

Answer:
hmmm if you want lots of readers then write a story in which the guys are very hot and they get into all sorts of cute situations. but if you want respect then that sort of story probably wouldn't be very good. :|
Answer:
There is a large pinned thread in the fanfix section, if you ask your questions there, I'm sure you'll get more replies than through general discussion (which isn't the appropriate section anyway for fanfic discussion of any sort.
Here's the thread link for your convenience:
