I think I will have to soon. I shipped my car through a freight shipping company and received it with a lot of damage. However, after I sent them my estimates on the damage (about $2500 in total) for the claim, they are refusing to pay it. Now I am gonna take them to court... I'm pretty nervous to be honest.
Answer:
I went to court to pled not guilty for a traffic ticket... does that count? O_O it's totally different though.
