Answer:
well all wacom are good as long as you are skilled with hand and eye coordination ^^; You have to be exceptionally good drawing irl to draw well in tablet if you decide to do so! but then wacom is good for practice to not spen so much paper ;p
I saw a 4x5 graphire on amazon for ~$70
But intous ftw
Answer:
All the Wacom4 are the same unless it's the Intuos line. The Intuos ones have wireless capabilities.
The price differences are due to size of the tablet. The cheapest are of the 4x5 size. It's okay for
some people but for others it's not enough space.
Are you in the US?
Circuit City has the one you're considering on sale. It's listed as $49.99 in the ad.

Hope that helped.
Answer:
hey i remember you from the artworks forum.
i'm using a Intuos 3 6X11 myself and i used a graphire 4x5 before (actually a prior model to graphire. they've already discontinued it ^^;;)
the Intuos is wayyy better than the graphire, much easier to control (the pressure level's 1042 while for Graphire it's 512. And the working area is not as slippery as the Graphire one so you feel more like you are working on real paper.) Intuos is definitely worth the investment.
if your budget is $200 (u meant american dollars right?) , you might want to consider this model
Intuos 3 4x6
It's $229.95 on the official site and I'm positive you can get a lower price on ebay.
And there was an Intuos 3 4X5 model as well. I'm sure it's even cheaper. (It seemed Wacom discontinued the model so I couldn't find it on the official site but there should be a lot on Ebay. There is no different between this model and the 4x6 except for the size of the working area.)
btw how large is your screen?
Answer:
the graphire4 is good to start out with (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Answer:
If you want a good wacom tablet, get the $200 dollar one. I think the dimensions are 8 x 8?
Answer:

wacom graphire 6x8 for less than $200 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
4x5 is tiny sorta and 6x8 is mediumish
