yes, upload it like tepper said, then encapsulate the URL like what kpopchink said when you're posting... i don't think soompi can afford the bandwidth to host images because of the population...
also, there's a troubleshooting sub-forum here where you're supposed to go to ask these sort of questions... it'll get locked if you just post it in tech
