I don't know what Canadian providers have. But like malevolent said, SE makes great mp3 phones, aka the Walk Man series. W800i, w810i, W850i, W950i (w0ot $700!) and the w710i. All of them are candy bars except for w710i and w850i.
The w800i, w810i, and w850i can expand up to 4 gigs with the pro duo.
W950i and w710i for the time being, can expand up to 1 gig with the M2 micro stick.
If you really love listening to music on your phone, get one with A2DP. I have a Sony Ericsson HBH-DS970 with my D900. Great duo!
