You need some sort of CD's that are used to format your pc. I recommend you to bring it to a professional cause they know what to do =D

Its easy, just prepare for it. Taking it to a professional would only cost you extra money that you didn't need to spend. Especially if you have the disks already... if you dont have the disks they will charge you for XP, and all the software which would push you up to about $300.
Next time stick this into the troubleshooting section because you want computer help.
