where we're both on the same page. why is it so hard to find this?
my friends tell me because im not patient enough.. that i just have to wait..
but how much longer...im 21 years old.. and i feel like im getting OLD.
i really feel lonely especially cause i live in the city
...guys are really really hard to meet here...
so should i just listen to what all my friends say and just wait?

well of course love is hard to find honey, because it's not supposed to be found...it's more like something that finds YOU. I'm also 21, living in a big city, but it seems like nobody is truely right for me. The thing is, maybe it's just not your time. It could just be a sign that you're supposed to be more focused on other things (work, school, family, friends, etc) and love will come later on for you. Yea, sorry not sure how encouraging this is but really, these things come when you least expect it. For me, it came not only when I least expected it, but when I felt fulfilled with my life...my relationship with my friends were great, I had a decent paying job, and I was doing well in school. Although that relationship ended abruptly and painfully, I know I loved and I was loved back. I'm not sure if love will ever cross my path again but for now, Ill take it as a sign that I have to focus on ME first and who knows what will happen from this point on? I'll take my chances.

To be honest, when I am alone, I think about it too.... Man just too hard to find. I mean...., the right man. I don't know what kind of speech that I could tell you, because the best will come last. And maybe you (and also me) not too long enough waiting. We could find just a man easily, but he must be not too good enough.

I'm 21-yr old guy. I've been single for about 2 years now, and I'll admit that sometimes I freak out cause I feel like no girl knows me. But if I freak out too much I won't be able to do the things I need to do, like finishing school. The only thing that keeps me going (other than blind hope that someone will come along) is that I'm being the best person I can be. I know it's corny, but if you work to constantly change yourself and recognize that you're not perfect but you can always TRY to be, you won't freak out so much. Every time I see someone who's being a total a$$ and doesn't even know it, I know that it's one more person that I'm better than. The best you and I can hope for is that some girl (or guy, for you) will come to their senses notice that we're better than all the people around them.
