i'm not pregnant but i've noticed alot of girls (and some are my friends) in my school are and i just wanted to ask everyone here on soompi about the following situations (non which have happened to me btw):
1. what would you do if you got pregnant?
--> would yu keep it or get an abortion
--> give it up for adoption? or runaway?
2. what would you do what if your ex-bf spread rumors about you getting prgenant or an std?
--> how would you get back at them?

i would keep it. no matter if is wanted or unwanted, i`m going to take care of the baby.

I'll keep the baby. i don't have the conscience to abort my own baby. imo, it's better to give life rather than taking away one. hopefully i'd only get pregnant when i'm settled... and planning for one.

1. If I got pregnant, I would seriously cry. one) I HATE BABIES, two) my parents would find out SOMEHOW, and three) I'd get killed after being found out by my parents. If I went around having sex with like, everyone and I just happened to get pregnant, then I'd have to step up and NOT get an abortion. Yes, I'm only 14 years old but it's my fault for making these stupid decisions. Now, if I got raped, then probably abortion and/or definitely adoption.

both way you look at it, its bad. because chances are if you DONT abort, the father will probably not give a crap about the baby (this is assuming your my age), and your baby will grow up without a father and unstable.

at this point in my life, i would probably abort it because as guilty as it would make me feel, i am not ready for a baby. but if it's a choice between adoption or abandoning it, i would definitely put it up for adoption. no baby deserves to be abandoned no matter how unwanted they are.

I have two friends, whom became pregnant towards the end of their high school year, one in yr 11 (17 then) and one in yr 12(18 then). They were both in my year level, just one had it in yr 11 and the other in yr 12. From what i observed as a guy, it was quite stressful when it happened sure... but after getting your family and friend's full support, things generally get better from there.
The one who got pregnant in yr 12, actually gave birth about a month after her final exams heh. At the moment the BF of one of them is no longer with her, but despite this, none of them ever felt any regret towards their child. If anything, their child really enriched their lives as well forced them to be more mature in person and in action. Were they scared and had thoughts of abortion? Sure... but in the end with the support around them, both realize it didnt have to be scary and painful having their respective child so early.
Both to this day have no regrets what so ever in keeping their child.
