Okay, like last month, I was playing around with tennis doubles with a few of my friends. I was up at the net, and since there were balls in front of me, I bent down to pick it up. One of my friends was pretending to be ballboy and two balls whizzed by my head. I heard him say, Oh shoot, I missed. So I turned around to tell him to stop. As soon as I turned around a tennis ball hit me directly in the eye, and I collasped to the ground. I was wearing my contacts, so it really hurt. I was laying there, and trying to suck up my nerves to not cry, but then my two of my guys friends started making rude and insulting comments and laughed at me. So I started to cry, and I screamed at them to leave me alone. The only injuries I encountered was that my left cheek started swlling up and I couldn't put my contact back in after taking it out.
Later that day, all of my friends were like, Mai, you were overreacting. Its not like you're dead or anything. or It was an accident. But I was like, It would have never hit me if he wasn't throwing balls at me in the first place. But yeah, I was mad, but it was an accident. So should I just have let it go?
Well another accident happened yesterday. A lot of friends and I were just hanging out at a little shopping mall thing. We were just standing there, but because I was bored and cold, I began orbiting my friend XD;;. A friend saw that, and got in my way and said, What are you going to do now, huh? With an attitude, so I tackled him. He in return grabbed me from behind and dropped me. So when I was on the floor, him and three other guys decide to pick me up and dragg me into the boy's bathroom (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) ! Halfway there, all of them pretty much lose their grip, and I drop like a hot potato. It wasn't embarassing enough that there were two guys in there who saw the whole thing, but I was laying on the floor of a very dirty bathroom. After that, everyone started screaming at me going, Mai! Mai! Are you okay?! or Mai let me pick you up! but I couldn't move because my body really hurt too much from trying to cushion my fall so that my head wouldn't hit the ground. My little sister saw everything and she started cussing like crazy and also started kicking the boys for hurting me, because she's overprotective. She started crying because she was so angry.
When I finally got up, I started wobbling out of the bathroom, and my sister came to hug me and dragged me away while screaming at the boys. I was really too tired and shocked to say anything to them, so I just let her drag me. Although, when we were in the car, I called them up and told them that I wasn't mad at them because accidents happen. They still feel like crap though. But would you be mad at your friends if they did something like this, or would you just let it go because it was an accident ._.?

It definitely depends on the type of friendship that you have with your friends. With some people, these kinds of things are common-place. With others, they're absurd.
They might not be meaning anything wrong with their playful attitudes, but that doesn't allow them to be rude and oblivious to your feelings towards their actions. I definitely would be angry and upset. You have to tell your friends that while you have a playful personality, that does not mean you have a physical personality.
There are two things that I've learned about young guy friends. They are dumb. I must admit that I was one of them too. We do things sometimes and may not understand what others may feel. We think they're okay because it works for others. But the other thing that I've learned about young guy friends is that they learn quickly (well, some at least). If you tell them that what they are doing is wrong, they'll learn not to make that same mistake again. They want constant approval that they're good, fun friends.

For the first one, I'd be pissed as hell because they said it's not like you died or anything. Because that actually happen t o me sometimes, when I get hurt and everyone sorta blames me and tells me I'm overreacting. It pisses me off. And as the for the second one, I do not being like embarrassed so I'd be pissed off. But if they feel bad I'd forgive them.
