I have a friend right now that is really interested in an older guy.
She is 16, and he is in his 20s (not sure exactly how old but not 27-30 for sure).
So she believes that older guys will never go for younger girls, and she won't tell him how she feels because of that.
Oh yeah, and I think ^ is illegal right? I need to confirm that too.

There not a lot of chance a mid 20s guy would be interested in a 16 year old girl. You know guys in their mid 20s have different ways of living life, and they have needs that a 16 year old may not be able to fulfill. So even if that guy is interested, he would be really cautious, but I'm not saying it is impossible
But things are different when the girl grows up a bit more, like she's in her early 20s and the guy in his late 20s, most of the time they are at the same level at that point.

My friend's 19, and she looks like she's a high school student. The only reason she's still in high school is cause she immigrated 2 years ago and has to finish the courses.

Perhaps college students and high school students don't as different as they act. Most (or many) high school students act a lot more giggly, child-like, and immature. :| I don't intend to imply that all of them do, but sophomores are usually overly concerned with growing up and err... they get reckless.
