ok, my mom is what my friends call gheto or gangsta. she plays tetris, and watches korean dramas, and shows on you tube. she and i always fight for the computer. its ridiculous.

How is she 'ghetto' or 'gangsta' at all for just doing a few things on the computer? If you two fight so much maybe you can work out a schedule for comptuer time or just buy another.

That reminds me of my mother. It's irritating how I'm reading a fanfic halfway on soompi and my mum bugs me because she wants to play Solitaire on the computer. =_= I can't be bothered to fight over the computer though. I'd just grumble and let her use it.
Perhaps you and your mum can come to an agreement. For example, she'll use the computer in the day until dinner time. After dinner time, it's your turn.

my mum uses the computer to check the stock market and the shares and stuff. so it's really annoying during the day i have to fight with her AND my brother.
so we ended up getting a new computer =) and now everything's all good haha.

My mom hates it when I spend so much time on the computer (even for homework) but I remember she used to spend five times as much on the computer when I was like five. She used to play computer games like Myst, Solitaire, Tetris and FreeCell obsessively. My dad played computer Mahjjong, too.
