ask yourself this first: will it hurt me or not when i tell him and to know he'll answer me that he won't like me?
in my opinion, i think you shld tell him whether it be over the phone or in person. i think holding it inside just makes it worst.
i've been there. i've told a guy i liked him and he didn't feel the same. it was a disappointment, but at least i was at ease about him knowing where i stood w/him. years passed and we are still good friends. honestly, i rather tell a guy i like him then hide it. who knows what opportunities lies w/that...
