Loved+lost Or Never Loved At All

Question:
'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. - Alfred Lord Tennyson
Many if not all of you know this quote. For all of you who've been through both, now that you look back on things, which would you rather have?
I'm torn. I loved and I lost. I am still heartbroken over it ending, but at the same time I can appreciate that something started. On the other hand, before I fell in love and just experienced like I was perfectly happy (ignorance is bliss I suppose) plus it was easier to get over once we broke up.
I think I'll go with the love and loss though. It taught me a lot.
Answer:
i would rather to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. it teaches you alot and even though it didn`t last, at least you got to experience it. never wanting to love because you might get hurt is like never walking out the front door because you could get harmed. you`ll never experience the feeling and you`ll be missing out.
Answer:
Definitely loved and lost than no love at all.
You learn from every experience and you'll cherish the memories.
Answer:

Answer:
loved and lost. it really taught me a lot.
Answer:
I have never lost a boy I love because I haven't given my full heart up yet. But lets say I were to I would definitely RATHER have not loved at all. If I love someone that person is my life and without them I could not be as happy as I was with them. So do you understand? If I haven't love him my ultimate happiness is what I would feel. If I lose him I could never ever reach that ultimate happiness ever again. If you love someone you can't get over them because you love this person. That's how I feel. I also feel that if in fact you can move on to someone else it wasn't love. NOT true love.
Answer:
I'd rather never have loved at all.
First of all the relationship got me into the most trouble I've ever entangled myself in.
And now that everything has ended,
I finally realize that it wasn't worth it to take such a risk.
It completely destroyed my relationship with my parents and my freedom.
Answer:
i'd rather have love and lost because you learn a lot from it
Answer:
Love is powerful. It captivates body & soul and that's why I think it's better to have loved and lost than never at all.
Answer:
We only have one life to live, so we need to experience everything that we can possibly can. I have never been in loved before. Each and everyday that have gone by, I've reget it for not fallen in love with someone.
