This wasn't actually my definition but I believe in it:
Love isn't about sharing an umbrella with that special person, it's about sharing the moment together with them in the rain.

i think your in love when, you think about them 24/7 even when you got other things on your mind. ALso when you see the person you love, hurt, you hurt with them. you feel every emotion they feel. IF someone loves you, you can tell by looking in their eyes.

I don't know love either but I'll give it a shot:
I think love is just that special person and all things spiritual, physical, and emotional that follows. That being said I think even crushes can be love....at least for a brief moment. You know that first moment when you see somebody you like, the way you notice everything she does, how you get sweaty and light-headed, how you'd do anything to have her look at you once and smile...I think that feeling right there, though brief, is definitely love in my book. I don't think love has to last for infinity, because there is no proof that my being will ever REACH infinity, so I like to think love is anything that makes you feel that way: that which causes complete utter disconnection from yourself and the world for even that ONE moment. That's love.
