It depends if it was good or bad...i had a good dream about this one guy who liked me, and this was a month after he told me that he hated me and that he didn't like me anymore, and the next day, he confessed that he still liked me, but he didn't want to...then i had a dream about him again a month later, and it was bad, and thats when he stopped liking me...don't take dreams too seriously...it could just be something to prepare you for the future? idk...

Depends on what you believe. If you believe that dreams are just from random nerve firings then you have nothing to worry about. If you go the Freudian route where dreams reveal your subconscious thoughts, then...that just means you're thinking about subconsciously, which I don't think you should worry about either because then if you're keeping it in check, it's A-OK! ^^
