ok, my friend N met this guy K, they get on well and they flirt a lot and N ends up falling madly in love with this guy. things start getting bad though after a few months, he tells her he's on drugs,sex,alcohol and N thinking that K generally cares for her and believing that she can try and help him, asked him to give her some drugs so that if he sees her doing it then he'll stop. i dont understand her reasoning, i just want to hit her with a dustpan for being so brainwashed. thing is me and my friends pursuaded her to stop the drugs but she wont until K has stopped too. then only a week ago, i had a serious chat with her and she started to notice the really BAD things K does and everytime he wants to make her do bad things, he ALWAYS puts more xxxs at the end of his texts. she basically cried her heart out but yesterday she says she really misses him and wants to see him again and she's convinced he is still a good person, despite everything he does (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) people help me!!! what can i do to make her finally understand that that guy is a piece of sh!t? he's had half a year to bury deep in her heart, saying sweet things to her and stuff...im just really worried (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

just keep trying to shove some sense into her head. as a friend, i know you want to do more, but ive been in the similar situation as you. sad to say, but its ur friends life. she'll ultimately do what she wants to do, but hopefully she'll realize, learn, and move on. gluck!

It's too true. I've known some people who were into drugs and alcohol, and there's no way to stop them on their own. It's her life. Eventually she'll snap out of it (hopefully). If not, she just screwed up her life for a no-good loser.
