Well, my brother came home saying he's getting bullied by two black kids, one like 5'8 and another 5'0. He said something about stealing from him, and pushing him. As a brother, I would go to the school and litteraly kill em, but since I'm a nice guy, I don't know what to do with em. My brother isnt that big, small asian kid. I don't know if I should do anything and see what happens, or my brother can go to the office or somethin and suspend them. What would you do in a situation like this?

Have your brother document a detailed journal about the incidents. Have him tell school personnel too. If this gets out of hand, it won't be his words against theirs.
I'd want to beat the sh!t out of them too. I had a bully once. I kicked her a$$ on the last day of school. I wasn't going to leave 5th grade bullied, but even. Yes, yes, I know violence solves nothing, but it sure felt good being on the delivering end.

^ Uhm yeah, telling a teacher or counselor wouldn't label them as a baby but a snitch. Trust me, I've had a friend who got in trouble, because he beat up this one kid. The kid told. My friend got suspended, but he beat up the kid after he came back. Literally, to the point where he had to go to court, and decide whether or not he should be in juvy or whatever. I really felt bad for the kid, seriously.
To tell the truth, I really don't know what you should do. But telling a teacher/ counselor is the right thing to do, but you have to consider the consquences if you do tell. Well, I guess it depends on the bullie's personality too. If they want to go all the way, or they stop, so yeahh .

if your brother really wants something done he should tell a teacher. that way the teacher can look out for him and when it happens they can help him out. but JJM i think has the best advice. its hard to prove youve been bullied till its to late....tell you brother to hit the gym and learn how to defend himself too there might come a time when he might need to denfend himself with force.

does your brother not have any friends? I usually find that the kids who get bullied are those that have little to no friends. Maybe he needs to brush up on his social skills... depending on how serious the situation gets, transferring to a new school may be a reasonable thought.

when my brother had trouble at school, me and my other brother went to school and took him home LOLX.
cause im a girl i don't have that mean effect as my other brother did so he usually went to talk with the kids.
or if things get bad, get your parents to call the school.

and about the situation, i was bullied when i was a kid. all i did was ignore them or insult them when i find that chance. i'm not the let things flooow type so i take what's mine and that's my self-respect. but i dunno what to do in your situation though. the only thing that came to my mind is beat those kids up but i don't think that'll do much after 'cause they just might come back and start up again. hmm... i should think about this; never thought of this before.

I was bullied last year by two blondes, I regret I didn't beat them up. (I'm not in middleschool, but yeah)
You could tell a teacher, but I think that's better when you're 6-9 years old.
I know this woman who had a kid that got bullied.
