if he/she has a cool personality, good heart, and loves you 101%, and i like him/her a lot too, then i'd go for it... yeah going to places/vacationing/doing some intimate stuff might be a bit difficult (depends what kind of handicap...e.g. paraplegic...there's the 'writer's block' which is sorta a handicap..and people who are afraid of driving...considered as a tiny 'handicap')...
