Haha I sometimes flirt with cute waiters in restaurants! Hehe! Anyways I work in my family's chinese take-away and I have my share of... older creepy men trying to make a move. Eww...
Actually today it was busy hour and there was this customer who was like in his 20s or so and as I was taking his order he was all:
Excuse me Miss, but I just wanted to tell you that you're so beautiful you know that right? Don't mean to sound straight-forward but may I have your number? I'd love to get to know you better.
Me: Um... sorry sir but the only thing free we give is the Free gift for meals over £12... =_=*
Him: Hahaha you're so funny too. I like that in a girl. So how about a date?
Me: Um... I'm not interested sir. I'm 16 and er... I like girls. Sorry. _
Him: O_O Sorry about that. *Takes his meal and walks out*

Answer:
I work at a Japanese restaurant.
The other day, this party of 5-6 came in. Another guy came in real late & didn't order anything except for a drink. I wasn't a waitress that night, but I was still up in the front (cashier). Everytime I looked over there to see if they needed anything, the guy would... stare & look away. I didn't think anything of it.
Then this other guy's dad called me over & asked how I was doing and my name. It was sorta weird. Then he said, This boy over here thinks you're real cute. Would you go out with him?
How am I supposed to answer that? I didn't even want to answer.
So I just laughed awkwardly. Hahaha. Then the older guy asks me how old I am & what school I go to. In my mind, I was thinking the guy was maybe 20 or so. BOLDY, I told him my age (17). Little did I know, the guy was the same age. Which was perfect. The older guy kept asking if I wanted his number. So I was like, Uhmmm....... maybe next time.
Yeah, not really. Then after they finish eating, the older guy asks if I wanna go see a movie with the other guy. And again, I laugh awkwardly. They leave.
I wouldn't really have minded, to be honest. BUT the guy didn't say ONE WORD to me. It was all the older guy. So, that was kind of stupid.
Ok. The end.

^ LOL omg I should try that one day (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Most of the times when they ask I just straight out reject even if he's cute. I find it kinda creepy when they hit on you when they don't even know you... plus it's annoying when they don't get the point that you're not interested (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
Answer:

Lol. My two best friends are waitresses and get hit on by older males ALL THE TIME. They ask what they're doing on Saturday nights, their numbers, etc. So one of my friends asked me if she should say she :
a) already has a boyfriend
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) is a lesbian
But then some guys get turned on by lesbians... meh. I didn't know what to tell her _
