when i lower it its fine but when i close it up it sqeak so loud
is there nething i can put to the window to stop the sqeaking?

what car do u drive? and where does the noise come from (inside the door or when the window is closing)?
if its when you're pulling the window up try spraying some WD-40 into the window lining, it worked on my Accord

Try wiping the window liner... maybe dirt accumulation?
