PAY IT ?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)
Answer:
You only have to go to court if you're still a minor or you want to fight the ticket. At least I think thats how it is, cuz the only time I went to court was when i got a ticket when i was 17. Everytime after that I either went to traffic school or just paid it off.
Answer:
If it's first ticket, try going to court and arguing it.
Say you have a clean driving record and make up a sad sob story why you got a ticket. They usually say like... Pay XXX.XX amount of money and the judge will let you slide with no points. The points you get raise your insurance rates which in the long run... can cost more than the lump sum you pay.
Or.. you could just pay it and PRAY you dont get another ticket within a year because your points will accumulate which will screw you over with higher and higher and higher insurance costs.
Answer:
pay for it.. learn from your lesson. zing!
Answer:
zang wahata whata bing bam...... BOOM!
just pay it!
Answer:

No points get cleared off after 3years. You're thinking the time frame to wait before you can attend traffic school again.
