Car-maker/shoe-maker co-operation

Question:
Are you aware of any other than the Ferrari Tod's? It seems an obvious venture for me, still I don't recall having seen any others.
And what would be the best choices/combinations?

Answer:
Puma/Ferrari
Puma/Petty Racing
Santoni/MBZ AMG
Adidas/Goodyear
Alpine Stars/F1

I think BMW did one with Puma a little while ago.
