Sutor Mantellassi adjustable belts - how do they work?

Question:
I see Sutor's belts listed online as one size, adjustable up to 44" but there is no description of the system used and no pictures of the inside of the belt. Does anyone know how their belts work theoretically? Does anyone have experience with how well they work?

Answer:
The belt comes in size 44. You would then remove the buckle, which is secured by a Chicago screw, and cut the belt down to your prefered size. Replacing the buckle will require a new hole to accept the screw.
Answer:
I had guessed it was a Chicago screw, but wasn't sure. Thanks for the help.
