one of my favorite style cities

Question:
I'm in Dusseldorf this week. a city that is very often over looked, and by nobodies account a capital of anything, really, but a city I have a fondness for. my sense of style was developed during years that I spent time here, and I aways love to hang out on the main shopping street - the koningallee, and watch the people. while the number of well dressed mena has dropped in the past 20 eyars, you still see some very well dressed men - although less in the flashy italian style or even the London City style, but more in a heavy, conservative, german style - dark wool overcoats, thick felt stingy brimed hats, heavy black shoes, paisly scarfs at the neck, walking with women in full length furs and tastful gold jewlery.
anyway - any cities that you like the style of?

I was quite impressed with the style in Copenhagen, though many Danish women will look good in just about anything :bounce2:

Answer:
I have noticed a unique emphasis on individuals' sense of style in Hong Kong, Madrid, Buenos Aires, and Sao Paulo. I have found this to be true "on the street."
For more cloistered environs, Mexico City, Baku, Panama City, and Johannesburg would figure in. Three of these save Panama have some real personal security obstacles to negotiate.
