I just finished a new model. It has been made to an bespoke order. As the wholecut-like models are very popular nowadays, I thoght I post it here. I consider to make it from two different leather too.

i am very fond of adelaide-type shoes now.
so many balmoral shoes stick to the traditional design of the seam that seperates the vamp from quarters , sweep back and down to the sole. its almost default they use this.
this is so common, i consciously try to choose more shoes that do not have a seam that ends up at the sole,
such as adelaides or long wing designs.

same goes for derbies/ bluchers.
i am more fond of the 1) 'eyelet attached separate ' type derby or the 2) moc toe derby that is seamless with toebox and quarters. such as EG Dover. (although, there are some moc-toe derbies that have a seam separating the quarters that end up at the sole.
