Charvet RTW shirts - alteration question

Question:
Everyone has their addictions. I admit it, I have a weakness for Charvet. I am lost when ever I go to Paris but I know how to find Place Vendome!
I saw some RTW Charvet at Saks and Bergdorf and they are truly beautiful shirts. They are cut fuller for the American market (good for me) but when I tried the shirt on, I noticed the cuffs were quite snug. My watch just barely fit under the cuff. Believe me, my wrists are not that big. I have purchased Hilditch and Key RTW shirts and the cuffs width is fine even after many washings.
I know that sleeves can be shortened but can the cuffs be loosened?
Answer:
you could perhaps have the placement of the cuff button re-positioned to allow for a bit more room....
Answer:

move the button.
Answer:
Yes, very simple alteration, a perfect DIY project.
You can do the same for the collar, to let out a bit if it's too tight.
