What kind of shirt with tuxedo?

Question:
I'm tyring to put together my outfit for my wedding and am wondering what kind of tuxedo shirt I should go with. Here are my criteria: I want to look classic, but not stodgy. I want to be a bit on the conservative side, but I don't want to look like a waiter
I have a 1 button peak lapel tux. I'm planning on wearing a black bow tie. I don't think I'm going to wear a vest or a cumberbund, but I am planning on wearing some suspenders.
I guess the choices for shirts are:
Bib front.
Pleated front.
Plain front.
There's also the choice of regular spread collar or wing collar. Damn, too many choices.
Maybe there are others I'm missing.
What are your thoughts?
Answer:

Answer:
I'm a big fan of the hidden button plain front tux shirt ala the Kiton pic. Someone might call you out on stealing the look from Daniel Craig in Casino Royale, but that might not be such a bad thing. I think he looked great. The SB 1 button peak lapel and black bow tie is conservative enough. I don't think anyone will think you're being too edgy by losing the cummerbund and wing collar.
Answer:

70's !, worn by James Bond
Answer:
Pique bib with medium-spread (~80deg) collar. Regular stud front.
Answer:
The style of the Kiton (spread collar/plain front) would be my choice as well. I also recommend wearing a cummerbund.
Answer:
I like the Kiton above.
Answer:
Is it, err... hand-made ?
Answer:
One button peak looks nice with a wing collar. Why not check BB, which stocks a classic version these days, and see if they have your size?
Otherwise, I would get a marcella shirt.
Answer:
Though this style is arguably most appropriate for full dress, I agree wholeheartedly that as the most formal option for evening dress, it is perfectly elegant with dinner clothes as well - especially for such a festive occasion.
Answer:
why not just get the Kiton plain front and wear suspenders, the James Bond style
Answer:
On second thought, the wing collar shirt really needs a vest. So if you intend to skip the vest, get a turndown collar shirt.
Answer:
A search on marcella says it's a turndown collar shirt with pique bib, collar, and cuffs. I thought only the bib was pique. Seeing as how I just ordered a new pique-bibbed formal shirt last week, should I call and have them make the collar and cuffs pique, too?
Answer:
If there is still time, hell yes. Nice choice, BTW.
Answer:
I too just noticed this detail. I was mortified. Positively mortified.
But I feel better now after a shot of single malt scotch and a lie down.
Please don't tell me that you are going to wear it in broad daylight.
