Question:
I just realized that I hate all my black shoes and I've got my eye right now on a lovely pair of Grenson black suede oxfords. Would this work with a black suit? Dull suede and a shiny suit seems to clash somehow but I don't know.
And what do ya guys think of dark brown shoes with a black suit?

I won't wear any brown with black.
I wear black suede shoes with black suits now and then.

I don't like black suede in general. I save black shoes for night/more formal events, and suede doesn't work well for either purpose.
Of course, I don't wear black suits, either. But black suede with a (presumably) sleek black suit seems an odd juxtaposition.

suede for me has to be in a brown. or even blue is nice. but a black suede seems contradictory to me.
