Question:
I never wear hats, but when I was at my tailor's he was clearing out some old stock (almost shop props really) and asked me if I wanted this gorgeous Borsalino Panama hat. I couldn't help but admire the quality of the hat, but again I don't wear hats and this one was a bit small for me, so I was about to say "no thanks", when he said to me "$20 and you can have it". Sold.
So my question is now, can a good milliner open this thing up? If so, by how much?
