To me this is the perfect collar. I love how the tie rolls over the tie seamlessly.
Does anyone know of any shirts with a collar like the one shown? I realize this is Ralph Lauren's son, so there is a good chance that the shirt is made by RL, but I wasn't able to find anything similar to it on the website.

Looks like an RLPL Keaton collar. To get a 'roll' with this or with buttondowns, you often have to iron it in. Coming out of the wash, not many collars will have that roll drying naturally.
edit: nvm, that isn't spread enough to be a Keaton.

Looks like a normal English Spread collar, then again Manton's medium spread collar is also pretty close.

Keaton is virtually horizontal (damn I wished they worked on me!); the one in the picture looks like virtually any decent English style cutaway (e.g., HK, Tyrwhitt, or Ascot Chang).
