Edged pocket squares

Question:
What do y'all think about pocket squares with colored edges. I'm talking about the white linen with a colored border. Do you like them or find them slightly tacky? When do you use them?
Answer:
Not bad but I don't have many. I like colored with a white border slightly more. But, mostly, when I wear a linen square, it is plain white.
Answer:
I hate them. I especially hate the Kent Wang's.
Answer:
Agreed. A white border on a colored square generally gives more contrast with my jacket and highlights the square more.
Why would a ps with a colored edge be tacky?
Answer:
I like them. I like for the edge color to slightly complement my tie color... as in varying shades of blue, for example.
Answer:
Even if patterned and in silk, I really like contrasting edges. Adds to the versatility IMO. Certainly in linen- else it's a hanky
Answer:
Love em. I really like the Kent Wang stuff, personally.
Answer:
They are among my favorite. I love white with a navy edge.
Answer:
I take em both ways: colors with white edge and white with color edge.
Answer:
Isaia sportcoat? I have the same one. I love it.
