shoe experts.:tounge:
Answer:
Welcome! Do you mean the tiny little wrinkles in the finish? If so, then they are something that just happen. Use a leather conditioner to rejuvinate the finish as much as possible, then enjoy your shoes!
Answer:
They just look like grains in the skins. It means it is a proper full grained leather rather than some plastic coated monstrosity.
This is like complaining of the irregularity of handstitiching. It you want absolute "perfection" get cheap plastic coated "correctected grain" shoes.

Thank you all shoe experts.I'll use the conditioner and enjoy my shoes!:tounge:
Answer:
No, it's not.
It's the finish....I would forward a pic of this to the shop and ask for advise. The finish is weak on the upper and 'spidering'. Also, you can see the veining (second pic) so the upper was not the best cutting....it happens....probably why the finish did not adhere as well as normal. Also, they could have hit it too hard with the brushes 'burning' the finish off the upper in the factory, or they could also have been worked in the shop too hard, or with alcohol, to clean them up before sending to you - especially if they happen to have been on the shelf.
